Helen has over 20 years of experience in the clothing industry. She has worked for many well known companies such as: Polo Ralph Lauren, GAP, and Banana Republic. She now owns her very own alteration shop along with her husband, Paul, and their three children.
Paul also has over 20 years of experience in the clothing industry as a quality-control manager. He has worked for the same companies as Helen, as well as Stirrups Clothing, Showtime Promotions, and Propper International. He now specializes in his own embroidery, digitizing, and screen-printing business.
We sincerely ask that you bring your garments at least two weeks, preferably 3-4 weeks, before your desired pick-up date.
We get booked very quickly, and Hellen is our only seamstress. Please be aware that because of this, we may be forced to turn down orders that need to be ready in less than two weeks (we do not accept any rush fees). We deeply value our customers and always want to accommodate them when possible, but for the sake of our business and Hellen's wellbeing, we ask that you keep this in mind.
